Every student will have a personalized Learner & Leader Plan, designed to drive students’ mastery of core academic and social-emotional competencies.
Every classroom will have City Year - AmeriCorps members (majority bilingual) to provide 1:1 and small group tutoring and mentoring.
Highly customized supports for students with special needs and learning differences.
Intense ELL support based on student needs.

Daily time for teacher planning, collaboration and professional development.
Daily enrichment: arts, music, sports, technology, and engineering.
Values-based culture, infused with City Year – AmeriCorps systems, to create a high expectations environment rooted in civic and community participation
Family and community focused: celebrate cultures in the community and value being bilingual and bi-cultural as an asset.
Students will participate in weekly hands-on service projects to learn job and life skills.
