The School District of Whitefish Bay consists of four classroom buildings and one center for community education. The four classroom buildings are Richards Elementary School (includes four-year-old kindergarten through grade five), Cumberland Elementary School (also includes four-year-old kindergarten through grade five), Whitefish Bay Middle School (grades six through eight), and Whitefish Bay High School (grades nine through twelve). The Community Education Center is a former classroom building named Lydell.
The school district provides education programs beginning at kindergarten for four-year-olds and continues through grade twelve and high school graduation. Educational programs are designed to provide a solid basic skill foundation followed by rigorous college preparation. Our student scores on standardized achievement tests typically average between the 90th and 99th percentiles. Student score averages on college aptitude tests are usually the highest in Wisconsin. Each year 90% of our graduates enroll in 60-70 different colleges throughout 25-30 different states.
