Full and part-time teaching opportunities exist at various grade levels and programs. Cincinnati Public School district is especially interested in applicants with certificates and/or training in comprehensive science, mathematics, or special education. Opportunities for substitute teachers are available from August through April. The district encourages minority teachers to apply.
Cincinnati Public School district has an excellent competitive compensation and fringe benefit program. Compensation is based on training and experience. Up to 10 years of credit can be awarded for proven teaching experience. An Ohio Teaching Certificate/License in fields for which application is made and a Bachelor's Degree are required for a regular appointment. Only a Bachelor's Degree is required for an appointment as a substitute.
