Details: Carson City Schools is seeking applicants for the following position(s): Assistant Girls Basketball Coach Position ID#: 5104 SALARY: 6.0% licensed salary schedule, step one, Master’s Degree column. NOTE: This position begins the 2018-2019 school year. If you are recommended for hire, you will be required to complete the First Aid/AED/CPR course prior to starting this position. If you currently have a valid First Aid/AED/CPR card, please upload a copy of your certificate with your application. High School coaches are required to have the following documents: National Federation of High School coaching certificate A clear understanding of the assignment and its responsibilities, the rules of the sport, knowledge of the Carson City School District Policies and Regulations, as they apply to student activities, including the Code of Ethics; and the ability to develop a self-discipline within participating members that promotes achievement, citizenship and respect. Bi-Lingual preferred. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen test. This is a replacement position.
