The mission of the Goodhue Public School, a partnership of students, staff, parents and the community, is to provide a disciplined, caring and challenging environment which allows students to acquire the knowledge, life-long learning skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to lead productive and rewarding lives.
Goodhue Public Schools were first established in 1857. Through the years, we’ve grown from a one-room schoolhouse to a complex that has benefits for all types of students and interests. From Story Hour classes to Community Education, Goodhue Public Schools offer people of all ages a wonderful environment to learn and have fun.
Goodhue High School students have many options when choosing their basic English, math, science and social studies core curriculum because of the abundance of available and unique classes. In addition to the advanced core curriculum that Goodhue High School offers, there are many additional classes.
The District consists of:

* 1 Elementary School and
* 1 High School
